Tungsten Carbide Corrugating Rollers: By utilizing advanced supersonic spraying technology, our rollers are coated with a high-wear-resistant tungsten carbide alloy. This ensures the flute height remains constant throughout its lifecycle, significantly saving starch and paper while maintaining 100% board quality consistency.
Intelligent Management System: Equipped with a Central Monitoring Industrial PC, the entire line—from single facers to stackers—is synchronized. It supports digital order management and rapid non-stop order changeovers, minimizing material waste and maximizing uptime.
High-Performance Single Facers: Capable of speeds up to 300m/min, our single facers use advanced vacuum suction structures for stable flute forming. The “quick-change” drawer design allows for a complete roller swap in just 10 minutes, ensuring unmatched production flexibility.
Precision Gluing & Bonding: The glue machine features independent servo-motor controls for each layer, ensuring the glue film remains uniform regardless of speed changes. The double-facer heating plates are PLC-controlled to apply precise pressure, preserving the structural integrity of the flutes for 3, 5, and 7-ply configurations.
Versatility: Seamlessly switches between 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply production.
Working Width: Available from 1800mm to 3300mm.
Flute Profiles: Supports all combinations including A, B, C, E, F, and BC/AAA flutes.
Cutting Precision: High-speed AC servo-controlled helical knife ensures a cut-off accuracy of ±0.5mm.
